Payments must be in Cashiers Ck, Money Order, Cash, Apple Cash, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. LATE Payments have a $100 Fine and
if over 15 days late will result in eviction. Pet Fees - are a one-time non-refundable fee of $300 per
cat/dog and may be paid out at $50/mo per pet. UNAUTHORIZED Pets have a $600 Fine. Wear & Tear Fees
- are a one-time non-refundable fee. Lease Term - is month to month. Inspections -
are done occasionally. Utility Bills - tenant is responsible unless otherwise noted. Yard Maintenance - tenant is responsible unless otherwise noted.
